New Teacher Academy
The first few years of teaching are often the hardest—and the most formative. New teachers face a steep learning curve, and without the right support, they can struggle with confidence, classroom management, and burnout.
This yearlong course meets monthly to address the real, day-to-day challenges new teachers face. It offers just-in-time professional development to help them:
Establish routines and procedures that actually stick
Keep students engaged and learning—even on tough days
Communicate effectively and build strong parent partnerships
Use formative assessment to adjust instruction on the fly
And much more, based on the needs of the cohort
School leaders often don’t have the time or capacity to meet every need of a new teacher. This course fills that gap—providing structure, community, and actionable tools that help new teachers thrive, not just survive.

Participants will gain clarity and practical strategies around topics like:
Navigating high expectations and unwritten norms
Building strong, trust-based partnerships with parents

Mentors Guidebook
Most schools have a mentoring program but often our mentors haven’t been trained on what it means to be a mentor. This course is designed to give those in mentoring positions the skills and strategies they need to successfully mentor.
Through 2 full day and 3 half day sessions spread across the school year participants will learn who they are at their best and how to leverage those gifts toward mentorship.
Participants will also learn other key skills based on research and best practices across schools and industries around mentorship.
Mentors are often a person’s first foray into leadership, give them the tools they need to succeed!
