Know your people. Grow your people.

Leaders make or break a school and people quit bosses, not jobs. The Horwitz Consulting Group is dedicated to helping school leaders create engaged teams, and transform their school to meet the needs of all learners. When school leaders thrive, students benefit.

Coaching Services

Leadership can be lonely. Having a trusted coach to guide you through challenging times can be transformative.

Strengths-based development

The CliftonStrengths assessment gives people a common language and vocabulary to better describe, communicate with and understand each other. CliftonStrengths is the tool that inspires higher organizational and team performance, all while making every person better. Leaders, administrators and teachers choose to continually develop each person's potential, resulting in an engaged faculty and staff moving towards high student engagement.

A clear understanding of each other’s strengths is essential for team members and team dynamics. Peak performance and high engagement is unleashed when people know why they do what they do, what motivates them and when they're at their best.

“When you are thriving in wellbeing, you will show up differently at work. Having a solid understanding of your top CliftonStrengths can not only move you toward thriving, it can also help you manage stress and avoid burnout”. (D. Lee)

Faculty and staff will be coached to know themselves better, understand their talents, overcome obstacles, weaknesses and vulnerabilities, reach goals, identify their needs, form stronger teams and relationships with peers and at home, excel in their work, and perform better than ever before.
