  • Emerging Leaders Accelerator

    This course takes place over 5 days throughout the year and is designed for department and division heads. Participants will learn tangible tools and techniques to thrive including topics like how to build a strong team, how to lead meetings, how to have difficult conversations, and how to evaluate faculty.

  • Discover, Develop, Deploy!

    This 8 week course allows participants to discover their strengths by going through that process of understanding how your strengths show up, and put a name to those patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

    Participants will develop a deeper level of understanding, awareness and appreciation of their strengths; start to understand the totality of how their strength shows up. And, begin to match them to organizational goals.

    Participants will deploy their strengths to positively impact their organization. It's not enough to just know your strengths, you must also take responsibility for actually using them. Enhance your performance and uplift the performance of other people around you; goal setting using an "Individual Development Plan."

  • Build a Culture For Innovation

    The role of school leaders in building a culture for innovation to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning. Through our research-based process we can quantify and qualify how innovative your institution is and how to create a culture of innovation throughout your school.

    Through a process of appreciative inquiry, participants in this program get the support of experts in the field with a vast network of schools, innovative leaders, and innovative experiences to help guide your school to the place you want to be.

  • Build Better Teams

    The Horwitz Consulting Group knows that strong teams trust each other, communicate well, and lean into each other’s strengths to create better learning experiences for children. We utilize a 3D Strengths based approach that begins with each participant completing the Clifton Strengths Assessment.

    In our Building Better Teams program, participants will:
